How we publish, explain and correct.

Our editorial goal is to make a public financial fact easier to understand without making it sound more certain than its source.

Updated Oct 23, 2026

Separate evidence from interpretation

Amounts, currencies and dates link to their source. Explanatory notes describe how to read those facts. Hypothetical examples are identified as examples, not actual returns or expected outcomes.

Guide drafts may be prepared with AI assistance. AI output is not evidence or a substitute for source verification. We do not invent experts, credentials, first-hand investment experience or a professional review that has not happened.

Corrections

Send a page URL and a source link to contact@canadayield.com. We compare the report with the underlying filing and security identity. Confirmed factual issues should be corrected in the source record or public mapping, then reflected in the website.

Material editorial corrections should identify what changed and when. A guide’s update date changes when its content changes, not simply because a page was rebuilt. Older collected filings are not labelled as new issuer announcements.

Commercial relationships

The current site has no sponsored stock profiles, affiliate trading links or paid research placements. If that changes, relevant compensation and other material relationships must be disclosed next to the affected content.

A general footer statement would not adequately disclose a specific paid recommendation. Editorial descriptions must not imply that advertising purchases determine data accuracy or suitability.
